We provide our services to all ages – Daily stress, pain, and heartbreak have no age limit. KDCC counselors are equipped to create a safe and honest environment. Moreover, they help navigate the difficulties of everyday life and celebrate joyous moments along the way.
Let’s talk therapy. Specifically, working through negative thought processes can help eliminate the fog you may experience during challenging situations. In addition, CBT allows you to recognize your thought patterns and understand how they affect your emotions and behaviors.
The trauma we’ve been through, at any age, can become stored in our brain along with the emotions we felt at the time. As a result, these experiences may continue to affect us long after the event. However, EMDR allows you to ‘walk’ through these traumatic instances and reprocess them in a healthy manner, helping release the control they have on your brain.
It’s been so much, for so long; as a result, your brain now handles stress or anxiety through the fight, flight, or freeze response. Fortunately, IASIS Micro Current Neurofeedback helps re-train the brain in cases of prolonged trauma, PTSD, depression, and much more.
